Refund Policy

General Information

All plants will ship insured. As needed packages will be sealed and provided with a free 3-day heat pack.

Replacements will not be offered but refunds are considered. 

All refunds must be requested within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@blooming-bits.com.

Refund Types

Refunds may be offered assuming conditions below have been met.

Partial refunds are sometimes offered for plants which will recover, such as leaf damage.

Full refunds will be offered for but not limited to: root rot, stems broken near the bottom, excessive leaf decay or dropping.

We understand some plants lose significant value when damage occurs, such as non-vining aroids or rare variegated species. We are fellow plant lovers as well and will work with you on receiving a fair refund.

Damaged Packaging

If your order arrives with damaged packaging please take photos prior to opening. Should the contents of your order also be damaged please take photos of the damaged product. Include both sets of photos in your refund request. Full or partial refunds are available.

Cold Damage

Refunds will not be offered for products damaged by cold weather; please evaluate your climate and order at your own risk.

Late Delivery

Some times packages simply arrive late. We will do our best to ensure packages will not become stuck in transit. If your plant arrives late and damaged please take photos when you do receive the purchase and a refund will be issued in full or partial depending on the severity.
